Founding access
For fleets of 5–30 trucks  ·  49 CFR Part 391

Every driver file complete.
Every expiration caught.

DQBinder tracks the FMCSA-required documents in each driver qualification file, warns you weeks before anything expires, and prints an audit-ready binder in one click. No filing cabinet. No spreadsheet. No surprises when DOT calls.

14-day free trial · No credit card · We set up your files for you

The problem

The filing cabinet is a liability

$16,000+

What a single missing or expired document can cost in FMCSA fines during a compliance review.

13+ docs

Document types required per driver under Part 391 — each on its own renewal clock.

0 staff

Extra compliance help a small fleet gets. A 10-truck operation is held to the same standard as a 1,000-truck carrier.

Med certs expire quietly. Annual MVR reviews slip. And the day you find out is the day an auditor asks for the file. DQBinder exists so that day is boring.

How it works

Three steps to audit-ready

STEP 01

Send us what you have

Upload PDFs or phone photos of your current driver files. Founding fleets don't even do that — we digitize your existing files for you, free.

STEP 02

We read and track it all

Dates are pulled from every document automatically. Each driver gets a Part 391 checklist so you can see gaps at a glance.

STEP 03

You get warned early

Email alerts at 60, 30, and 7 days before anything expires. When DOT shows up, print a complete audit binder in one click.

What's inside

Built for the person who runs the office

ALERTS

Expiration radar

Med certs, CDLs, annual reviews — every date on one dashboard, with alerts before anything lapses.

CHECKLIST

Part 391 file checklist

Every driver scored against the required document list. Green means complete. Orange means act now.

EXPORT

One-click audit binder

A clean, organized PDF of any driver's full qualification file — ready to hand to an auditor.

COLLECT

Driver upload links

Text a secure link; the driver snaps a photo of their new med card. Nothing for them to install.

AUTOMATION

Automatic date reading

Expiration dates are extracted from uploaded documents so you don't type them in by hand.

STORAGE

Secure document vault

Unlimited encrypted storage, organized by driver, accessible only to your team, from any browser.

Questions

Straight answers

Which documents does DQBinder track?

Everything a driver qualification file needs under 49 CFR Part 391 — employment application, CDL copy, medical examiner's certificate, annual MVR review, road test certificate, Clearinghouse queries, prior-employer checks, and the rest. You can also add your own document types (training certs, W-9s, anything with a date).

Do my drivers have to install an app?

No. When a document is expiring, you (or DQBinder) text the driver a secure upload link. They snap a photo with their phone. Done.

Is my data secure?

Files are encrypted in transit and at rest, stored on US-based cloud infrastructure, and visible only to the people on your account. You can export everything and delete your account at any time — it's your data.

What happens after the 14-day trial?

If it's useful, founding fleets pay $49/month flat for up to 25 drivers — locked in for as long as you stay. If it's not useful, walk away; we don't collect a card up front.

Are you affiliated with the FMCSA or DOT?

No. DQBinder is independent software that helps you organize and track your own compliance documents. We're not a government agency, and nothing here is legal advice — for regulatory questions, talk to a qualified DOT compliance professional.
